I understand that for many the big Holiday season has ended and the wallets are empty, but that doesn't mean that there is not another big money making holiday for retailers right around the corner.

Valentine's Day, supposedly one of the most romantic holidays of the year, is in about a month and the heat is on for for florists as this will be the biggest time of the year for them. As consumers, how can we prepare without knowing the florists with the best products - and prices?

Where are the great deals and flowers going to come from in Fresno, California this upcoming Valentine's Day? Where are all the specials? Would it be better to use a national retail chain (such as 1-800-Flowers) with up front pricing and guaranteed delivery or is the charm of the local guy worth the extra cost?
